About the event
In Mindful Flow we bring awareness to the connection of breath and movement. Through asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and meditation we learn to listen to the ever-changing flow of our bodies. Which will allow us to take from each class what it is we need in that moment.
*Registration is Required and must be completed by 11pm the evening before class*
A link to the Zoom class will be emailed to you at least 30 minutes prior to the start of class. If this is your first online class with us you must fill out and submit a yoga waiver. We look forward to seeing you!
