Private Yoga: Private yoga lessons can be for individuals or for groups. Whether you have personal goals, a private party, or a corporate group, I can help! A private lesson gives you one of a kind, personal attention that cannot be achieved in a drop-in class setting. We will work together to meet the individual goals of each individual or private group.
Personal Training: I will work one-on-one with you to help you meet your personal fitness goals. Wether you want to lose weight, get stronger, or just feel better, we will work together to design a program just right for you!
