YOGA

Our Yoga:  Our small group classes provide a more personal experience with your teacher and community. We hold our classes in series of 4, 6, or 8 weeks. We also offer private and semi-private yoga instruction. To register call/text or email. We also offer virtual classes via Zoom. *Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we currently only offering online classes*

Basics: (Beginner) Whether you are brand new to yoga or want to review the basics. This hatha based class spends time on the foundation of the poses. We take the time to talk through the important details of the asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and mediation.

Deep Stretch Flow: (All levels) A class with deep, active stretching of the hips, hamstrings, and upper back along with simple flowing movements. Deep Stretch Flow is great for all, but is the perfect introduction to yoga for beginners. In this we utilize props such as bolsters, yoga blocks, straps, and blankets to help deepen the practice.

Hatha Yoga: (All levels) This class uses asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and mediation to balance the body and the mind. Variations are given so that you may choose the intensity level that is right for your body.

Our Community Yoga class is a donation based class - join us for class and pay what you can. Remember to register online!

Private Yoga: Our private yoga lessons can be for individuals or for groups. Whether you have personal goals, a private party, or a corporate group, we can help! A private lesson gives you one of a kind, personal attention that cannot be achieved in a drop-in class setting.
