This 4 week series is for all levels. We will use asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and mediation to balance the body and the mind. Two, 4 Week Sessions: Beginning 1/27 Mondays at 6 PM Beginning 1/29 Wednesdays at 6PM $45 per series or sign up for 2 series and save $10
