Our Yoga: Our small group classes provide a more personal experience with your teacher and community. We hold our classes in series of 4, 6, or 8 weeks. We also offer private yoga instruction. Basics: (Beginner) Whether you are brand new to yoga or want to review the basics. This hatha based class spends time on the foundation of the poses. We take the time to talk through the important details of the asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and mediation. 60 minutes
Deep Stretch Flow: (All levels) A class with deep, active stretching of the hips, hamstrings, and upper back along with simple flowing movements. Deep Stretch Flow is great for all, but is the perfect introduction to yoga for beginners. In this we utilize props such as bolsters, yoga blocks, straps, and blankets to help deepen the practice. 60 minutes
Yoga: (All levels) This combination hatha and vinyasa class uses asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and mediation to balance the body and the mind. Variations are given so that you may choose the intensity level that is right for your body. 60 minutes

Open Meditation: Looking for a place to sit and meditate with like-minded individuals? Join us for open meditation. Come, sit, meditate -bring your cushion or borrow one of ours. Silence begins at the start of class and ends when the bell rings. Please come 10 minutes early if you have questions. This is a donation based class - join us for class and pay what you can.
