Class Type Descriptions
Yoga:(All levels) This Hatha class uses asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to balance the body and the mind. Variations are given so that you may choose the intensity level that is right for your body. 60-65 minutes
Basics:(Beginner) Whether you are brand new to yoga or want to review the basics. This Hatha class spends times on the foundation of the poses. We take the time to talk through the important details of the asana (postures). 60-65 minutes
Slow Flow:(All levels) This class is designed to place more focus on breath, body awareness, alignment, Slow Flow yoga is a very strong practice. Your movements are slower and postures are held for a longer period of time building strength, stability, flexibility, and deeper body connection and awareness. We invite beginners and seasoned practitioners of all shapes, sizes and age groups to this challenging but accessible practice from a place of compassion, and deep devotion to self. 60 minutes
Flow:(intermediate/advanced) Flow through this vinyasa style class, usually with one breath per movement. It is not power yoga, but will at times move quickly. We will also begin to explore more challenging poses. 75 minutes

All Levels Vinyasa:(All levels) In this moderately paced class, movement is synchronized with the breath. It is called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together. “Vinyasa” literally means “connection” in Sanskrit. Set to upbeat and fun music, you will find this class challenging, and it will be beneficial for building strength, greater stamina, and flexibility and will also aid in weight management. Modifications will be given if you are newer to yoga and all levels are welcome from beginner to seasoned yogis alike. A truly FUN yoga practice! 75 minutes
